SHIPPING 

Continental USA shipping (3-5 days): $10.00 

Bike Shipping (U.S.): $250 up to ($6500) & $350($6500+) Bike shipping includes, shipping, handling, packaging and shipping insurance. ALL BIKES ARE SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE

Pick Up In Store: FREE

Local Delivery: Includes only South Florida.

Note: Orders with items "IN-STOCK" usually ship one - two business days after being placed. 

- Customers will receive a tracking number via email when the order ships. 

Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size, weight or invoiced amount. 

*IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready within one to two business days.

Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Customers will receive an email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. 

 * Orders must be picked up by the person who placed and paid for the order. ID matching order must be presented. Address under billing of order and ID must match *

* Online terminal only accepts credit cards that are from the United States. Alternative payment methods such as bank transfers and zelle may also be used. When purchasing and shipping an item, billing and shipping of a credit card must be the same.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If there’s an issue (Incorrect item or damaged item) with something that was purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store for an exchange or send us an email to aventura@citybikesmiami.com and we will email you a return label. 

- USED ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED.- 

- If you are not content with your purchase and would like an exchange or a refund you can exchange the item in the first 7 days with proof of purchase. Items must be in original conditions, include all packaging and cannot be used. If customer bought the wrong item or no longer would like the item customer must cover shipping and provide a tracking number to us. Shipping must be done using, USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

No refund of exchanges on electronics, gift cards or special orders. No refunds or exchanges on clearance, sale or special items (including bikes, frames, etc). 

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.

PRICES & INFORMATION

This website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our on-line catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Picture and details do not represent how bikes are built. All items come exactly how the specs specify. Please refer to specs section under each item for specific on components, build, etc.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

Our online system does NOT accept foreign Credit Cards. All credit cards used online must have a billing address in the United States.
